DESCRIPTION

A detailed course packet given to participants of this blended certificate program. The purpose of the packet is to increase accessibility and with universal design for learning (UDL) in mind. Everything from the online course is included in the packet with the exception of quizzes.

MY ROLE

I first created the online course in Canvas, then transferred all of the content into this 112-page packet. It was designed in Microsoft Word so that trainers leading the certificate course could edit the packet as necessary not only to accommodate individual teaching styles, but to maximize student-centered learning. Tasks are color-coded to more easily identify reading tasks versus participatory activities, such as discussions and quizzes. The cover was illustrated using Procreate and InDesign.
